Celestial Bridal Gown Rental Agreement
By renting a gown from Celestial Bridal, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.  Standard rental period is 4 days. A late return penalty of RM100 per item per day will be charged for overdue items. Extensions may be requested in advance and are subject to additional fees.
    

2.  A fitting fee of RM50 per session applies, covering up to 3 gowns. An additional charge of RM20 per gown will apply for each gown beyond this limit (starting from the 4th gown). This fee may be waived if a booking is confirmed during the same session.
    

3.  A non-refundable booking fee (50% of the total rental cost) is required to secure the item/package and will be forfeited in full upon cancellation. The remaining balance is due on the collection date.
    

4.  Booking fees are non-transferable to another person under normal circumstances. Transfer requests may be considered at the sole discretion of Celestial Bridal and require prior approval.
    

5.  A refundable deposit will be collected on the collection date. This deposit will be refunded in full within 7 calendar days after the items are returned, provided that there is no loss, damage, or breach of the rental agreement terms.
    

6.  The renter is permitted one opportunity to modify their gown selection, subject to the following conditions:
   • Pricing Requirement: The replacement item must be of equal or higher value than the original selection.
   • Date Restriction: The exchange is valid only for the originally scheduled usage date.
   • Exchange Type: A one-to-one exchange is mandatory (e.g., one bridal gown for another bridal gown).
   • All exchanges require prior approval and must be finalized at least 3 months before the scheduled date.
   • Price differences for upgrades will be charged based on the current rental rates.
    

7.  All items are inspected and dry-cleaned before each rental. We expect the items to be returned in the same condition, barring normal wear. In case of damage, a repair fee will be assessed based on the extent of the damage. For any loss or irreparable damage, the renter shall be liable for the full replacement cost of the item.
    

8.  If the returned item is stained (e.g. with mud) or has permanent material damage, the following fees will apply:
   • Stains/mud: A flat cleaning fee of RM300.
   • Permanent damage: Cleaning and repair fees based on the extent of damage.
   • The refundable deposit will be held for up to 7 calendar days, and final charges will be deducted from the deposit after assessment.
    

9.  Any form of self-cleaning, self-alteration, modification, or tampering with the item is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized changes may result in voiding the agreement and/or liability for repair or replacement costs.
    

10.  A final fitting session is mandatory upon collection. Celestial Bridal disclaims responsibility for any fit-related issues if the renter fails to attend this session.
     

11.  Validity period of the rental/package is 18 months from the date of the invoice.
     

12.  Accepted payment methods include:
    • Cash
    • Credit/Debit Card (Visa or Mastercard)
    • QR Pay
    • Touch 'n Go (TNG)
